Bullyboy | Apex Predator | Darwinian Voodoo
The work critiques the institutional corruption of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) through the process of subverting the militarised paramilitary uniform of the Territorial Support Officer (TSG) by introducing the materials of human teeth, hair and bone that symbolise the collection and display of riot and public order trophies.
Apex Predator is a representation of what the sociologist C. Wright Mills called The Power Elite, leaders of military, political and corporate institutions who are at the top of the food chain and have no predators of their own.
